This is on I-15 in Utah. He liked the mountains, but the climate was a bit dry for him. He said something about getting scaly skin. Go figure...
G stopping by 3 Mile Island for a hot meal
From Three Mile Island, we hopped a plane and ventured overseas.  While in London, we dropped by Dorkins Circus, but they didn't have time to visit. It's a shame, really. Both of us wanted Gorgo's autograph.
Here's G checking out one of the better-known landmarks in Dallas, TX. This is Reunion Tower. There's a restaraunt, bar, and observation area inside the globe up top.
So I was there trying to get a bite to eat, when the management said that I'd have to do something about my pet. It seems that while Texans enjoy looking out of the globe at Dallas, they didn't want
G looking in at them. I thought that they were a bit one-sided about the whole thing.
As you can see in the photo on the right, I tried to explain that I was trying to share one of the world's most loveable creatures with the good folks in Big D, but they were threatening to call Animal Control, so we just butted out and called it even.
G really liked Houston. He especially liked the people. Unfortunately, he liked them so well that Houston no longer has the state's largest population.
While visiting Alabama, G popped up in Mobile Bay. This caused a bit of a traffic jam in the I-10 tunnel, but the good folks from Alabama said that wuz okay. Don't ya'll just love the South?!
No road trip is complete without a visit to our nation's capitol. G gave an impassioned speech on reptile rights to an enthusiastic crowd of thousands. It was enough to bring a crocodile tear to the eye...
The Godzilla World Tour
Copyright 2002-2003 by Alan Burkhart
Why is it that Godzilla only attacks Japanese cities??? I had a talk with the big guy  and he has agreed to join me in a tour of the good old  USA. It's about time the rest of us have the chance to get trampled, fried, and contaminated! Who knows? Maybe we'll visit YOUR town sometime soon...
As you may already know, I live in the Deep South. It was only natural that I'd want to show G some of the sights. He really enjoyed Baton Rouge, LA., but was disappointed that they wouldn't let him on the boat to gamble.
We ventured up to Chicago... but G found it a bit too crowded for his comfort.
While in the Midwest, we also dropped by my favorite big city...Kansas City, MO. I really miss this town, sometimes... I lived there for years.
